The petitioner is challenging the order of invalidation of his 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe claim.

Issue notice. Learned AGP waives service for sole respondent.

We have heard both sides finally in view of the peculiar state of affairs.

The petition has been decided by resorting to a vigilance enquiry which was a common enquiry in respect of the petitioner and cousin sister - Sakshi Shankarrao Kanchanwar. Based on the 1/2

910 WP NO. 4618 OF 2025 evidence collected and verified during the vigilance enquiry, Sakshi's claim was decided by the committee by a separate order on 20.06.2023. On her challenge in Writ Petition No. 7217 of 2023 by the order dated 07.08.2023, the petition was allowed and she was held entitled to have a certificate of validity. 5.

Since the common set of evidence is subject matter of scrutiny by the committee while deciding Sakshi's matter as also the petitioner's one, no separate reasoning needs to be assigned in the present matter.

For the selfsame reasons recorded in the matter of Sakshi in Writ Petition No. 7217 of 2023, the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The committee shall issue certificate of validity to the petitioner, which shall be coterminous with the validities which the committee has decided to re-open.
