This application is filed by claimants for withdrawal of entire amount along with accrued interest.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in respect of the same proceedings, in Civil Application No. 788/2024, permission is granted for withdrawal of 50% amount without any condition and the remaining amount by filing solvent surety.

Learned counsel for contesting respondents does not dispute the said fact.

In view of this Civil Application stands allowed in following terms :- 960-CA-4366-2025.odt

Claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation without, any condition and 50% amount of compensation, on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, vide order dated 02.12.2021 passed in Civil Application No. 12797/21 in FA/2353/2019 with connected matters.
