The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is working in a private vocational institute. The petitioner is entitled for 2/3rd salary as payable to the vocational institute run by the Government. The petitioner has given representation to respondent no. 2, but no cognizance has been taken. 2.

In case, representation is given by the petitioner to respondent no. 2 and is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall take decision after hearing all parties concerned including the employer expeditiously, on its own merits, in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
