The petitioner is seeking early decision of his tribe claim and seeking direction, since in the meanwhile respondent No.3-employer has threatened him of termination by the communication Exhibit-F.

Issue notice to the respondents.

The learned AGP waives service for respondent No.2. Mr. Bhosale waives service for respondent Nos.1 and 3. 4.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the

(( 2 )) 48-WP-4576-25 petitioner has been served with a copy of the vigilance inquiry report and his response is awaited. He did not respond as mentioned in the roznama and the next date is 16.04.2025.

We dispose of the writ petition, directing the petitioner to appear before respondent No.2, together with his reply to the vigilance report, if he has already been served with it, on 16.04.2025. If he has not yet received the report, he shall receive it on that day and submit his response within one (01) week thereafter. The committee shall decide his proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within eight (08) weeks thereafter.
