Petitioner is challenging order dated 21/23 February 2024 whereby the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has refused to include petitioner's name in the Shalarth Pranali.

In the light of forum created by virtue of Government Resolution dated 27 March 2024, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the remedy. The authorities/committee shall consider the petitioner's claim ignoring the fact of limitation provided in the government resolution.
