In pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 7th April, 2022, the Registry has filed its report dated 25th April, 2022. The report is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. On perusing the report, it is revealed that the office has accepted its mistake of disposing of First Appeal No.1505 of 2019 wrongly on the basis of statement made by the learned counsel for insurance company in another connected first appeal bearing First Appeal No.529 of 2019.

Heard Mr. B. V. Dhage, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Dargad, holding for Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for insurance company.
