Learned Counsels for both sides have placed on record the consent terms dated 20.01.2025 duly signed by Appellant Nos. 1 and 2 and Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and their respective Counsels.

Parties were directed to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) for verification of the said consent terms. Learned Registrar (Judicial) has submitted report dated 20.01.2025 showing that contents of the consent terms perused were read over to the parties. They have candidly accepted to have signed the

same and made thumb impressions thereon. It is also recorded that the compromise is executed voluntarily by the parties and there is no force exerted upon them. 3.

Perusal of the compromise deed would indicate that there is no impediment in allowing the Appeal in terms of the compromise deed. Hence, Appeal stands allowed in terms of compromise deed. Special Civil Suit No. 301/1997 is decreed in compromise terms. Pending civil application stands disposed of.
