We have heard Mr. Vibhute, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Mrs. Jadhav, learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated on 19.03.2021.

In view of that, in the present writ petition no relief can be granted.

The petitioner is at liberty to assail the order of the scrutiny committee invalidating his tribe claim as may be permissible under law. In

2 wp 5899.2021 that event, all contentions of the petitioner raised in the present writ petition are kept open including challenge to the termination order. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
