DATED : 2nd SEPTEMBER, 2015 ORDER:- The learned A.G.P., on instructions of the concerned official, who is present in the court, states that the petitioner does not want to prosecute the writ petition further, mainly because after passing of impugned order, the petitioner-State Government, in obedience of the order, has accorded all monetary and pensionary benefits to the respondent way back in the year 2003. However, the petition remained pending and is not required to be decided on merits. In view of the statement made by learned A.G.P. writ petition is disposed of. Rule discharged.
