Perused the application. We find no merit in the application, but we noticed that the applicant might have separate cause of action for protecting his service in the light of judgment in the case of Arun s/o Vishwanath Sonone v. State of Maharashtra and others, reported in 2015 [1] Mh. L.J. 457. With such liberty, petition stands disposed of.
