Issue notices to the respondents. Shri Thombre, learned counsel waives notice for the respondents-claimants.

Shri Arora, learned counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that the Acquiring Body is ready to deposit the decreetal amount in this Court and in view of the same, he presses for grant of stay. 3.

The learned counsel for the claimants has no objection if the decreetal amount is deposited.

4.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the applicantappellant that the decreetal amount shall be deposited within a period of twelve weeks from today, the stay is granted to the impugned Judgment and Decree in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

5.

In case, applicant-appellant fails to deposit the decreetal amount within twelve weeks, the stay would stand vacated. 6.

The application is disposed of.
