Present applications are for condonation of delay of 2773 days caused in filing Cross Objection in First Appeal Nos.475 of 2017 and 476 of 2017.

Learned Advocate for applicants pointed out that, reasons for delay are spelt out in paragraph nos.2 to 4 of the application and stated that there is no deliberate and intentional delay and therefore, in the interest of justice and fair opportunity, delay so caused is sought to be condoned.

Learned APP raised formal objections to condone the delay. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in both civil applications, more particularly, in paragraph nos.2 to 4 and in the interest of justice and fair opportunity, delay so caused is required to be condoned. Both applications stand allowed and disposed off. Delay stands condoned. 5.
