The Applicant prays that Second Appeal No.458/2010, which is admitted, be fixed for final hearing on an early date. This Court is taking up old appeals filed from 1989 onwards for final hearing on each Thursday. Since the instant appeal is of the year 2010, it cannot be given precedence over other appeals which are pending for final hearing for more than 20 years.

In the light of the above, the Civil Application is rejected. The Applicant may renew the request after six months. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
