The petitioner's name is included in the said proposal for regularization. 2] In view of the fact that the proposal is already forwarded seeking regularization of service of the petitioner, the grievance made by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed. In case petitioner has a grievance after the decision on the proposal, the petitioner is at liberty to take legal recourse against the same. 3] Writ Petition as such, is disposed of. No costs.
