By this Application the Petitioner seeks permission to amend the Petition in order to add certain pleadings and also to add a prayer for setting aside a proposed recovery of certain amount from the pensionary benefits of the Petitioner.

In the interest of justice, we are of the opinion that the proposed amendment deserves to be granted so that the Petitioner has an opportunity to press her case for setting aside such proposed recovery.

The Application is allowed in terms of the prayer made therein. The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 4.
