The learned counsel submits that, Petitioners are appointed as a Clerk, Librarian and Peon respectively. Their appointment on probation is approved. The proposal is submitted for permanent approval. The same is not decided. The Petitioners are deprived the salary. The Education Officer shall take decision on the proposal of the Petitioner for permanent approval [Page-33] within a period of three months.

The Education Officer shall also proceed further with a direction issued by the Deputy Director of Education [Page-25] and take steps preferably within a period of three months.

Depending upon the decision on the approval, further steps be taken with regard to payment of salary. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
