Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the High Court again, when it was pointed out that if the petitioner's stand is that he was not appointed against a seat by resorting to horizontal reservation, mere cancellation of the 'Project Affected Person' certificate should not result in termination of the employment and there is no tangible material to demonstrate that respondent No. 5 - the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad is seeking to terminate the petitioner's employment, with liberty to approach this Court if and when there is immediate cause related to a potential threat of termination.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
