We have heard Mr. Venjane, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.3, 5 and 6 on instructions submit that because of lock down the material could not be purchased. Now, the B.D.O. has issued instructions for purchase of material and construction of the well and pipeline would commence within four weeks.

In light of that, purpose of the writ petition stands served.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
