It is an accepted fact that all the three petitioners are admitted to the post graduate medical course and admission process is concluded long back.

In light of that, no purpose will be served in deciding the petition. Writ petition, as such, is disposed of. No costs. 5.

Needless to state that contentions raised by the petitioners in the present writ petition are left open for the pparties to agitate in an appropriate proceedings.
