The Petition is filed for giving direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner on the present post like Anganwadi Sevika. During the arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner drew attention of this Court to the Government Resolution of the State Government dated 05.08.2010 issued by Women and Child Development Department. The eligibility
(2) WP No.3412/2013 conditions therein show that if there is conversion of 'Mini Anganwadi' to 'Anganwadi' and at Mini Anganwadi in the past some lady was already appointed as 'Anganwadi Sevika', but she had not passed 10th Standard Examination, she can be considered for the post of 'Assistant'.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been appointed as 'Assistant', but subsequent to filing of the present proceeding, the petitioner completed her 10th Standard and so the post of 'Anganwadi Sevika' can be given to her. Learned Counsel submitted that the petitioner will file proper representation before the Authority. If there is such representation, that is to be decided on its own merits. 4.
With the aforesaid directions, the Petition is disposed of.
