1) After arguing the matter when this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant the relief, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn. The learned trial Court is expected to dispose of the case within six months from today. After six months, liberty will be there to the applicant to approach this Court again.
