Present application has been filed for getting delay of 1885 days condoned in filing first appeal. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the reference Court. 02.

Learned Advocate appearing for the original claimants strongly objected to the grant of the application on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate and has not been properly explained. 03.

Though strong objection has been raised, yet, for the reasons stated in paras no.06 to 10, since steps were taken to seek necessary approvals,

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 4345 of 2019 the delay is condoned. The civil application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeal and place it for consideration on 29th August 2019.
