None for the petitioner. On the last occasion, on 15.07.2025, we had adjourned the hearing giving liberty to the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the correct position of law and to assist this court.

There is no appearance for the petitioner when the petition is called out today.

But, learned AGP has taken specific instructions in the matter and copy of Panchanama dated 03.07.2025 in the process of execution of preliminary decree in Regular Darkhast No. 74 of 2003 is placed on record. The concerned Nayab Tahsildar Mr. Sahebrao Asaram Ghodke is present in the court who has instructed the learned AGP. Copy of the possession receipt is also tendered and we find that the aforesaid Panchanama and possession receipt are signed, amongst others, by the petitioner herself.

We are satisfied that preliminary decree has been executed and an appropriate report shall now be placed before the concerned court for final decree proceedings.

Copy of the panchanama as well as possession receipt are taken on record and marked as "X" collectively. 6.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and it is dismissed as such.
