Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant is seeking bail in F.I.R.No.281 of 2022 registered with Pishor Police Station, Aurangabad Rural, for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5(a)(1) of the Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act, 1976 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to the Animal Act, 1960.

The similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. The applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :-

ii) Applicant Shaikh Umer Shaikh Taher be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in F.I.R.No.281 of 2022 registered with Pishor Police Station, Aurangabad Rural, for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5(a)(1) of the Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act, 1976 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to the Animal Act, 1960, on the condition that he shall not involve in the similar crime.
