This is an application seeking condonation of delay which has occasioned in filing the present first appeal. Learned A.G.P. appearing for the appellant State submitted that in complying with the procedural formalities, the time was consumed and, as such, the delay is caused in preferring the First Appeal. 3.

I have gone through the contents of the application wherein the details are provided as regards to the steps taken by the appellant / applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application which, according to me, are justifiable, the delay occasioned in filing the appeal stands condoned. The application is allowed. The appeal be registered in accordance with law. Record and proceedings be called.
