The learned Counsel for the appellant-applicant tendered on record death certifcate of applicant/appellant no.2, who died on 01.11.2020. As such, the appeal, to the extent of appellant no.2, stands abated. The deletion be carried out forthwith.

Heard rival submissions.

The applicant no.1 is seeking early hearing of the appeal on the ground that his retiral benefts are still awaited due to such conviction. However, it appears that applicant

911-crappln1218.23 no.1 is aged about 68 years, that means, he has retired 10 years before. The applicant no.1 did not prefer any application earlier, that is just after his retirement. There are so many old matters, which are pending in this Court pertaining to the year 2000. Those matters need urgent hearing. Therefore, at present I am not inclined to take this appeal for hearing. The applicant no.1 may renew his request after one year. Criminal Application stands disposed of.
