The applicants / appellants have filed this application for condonation of delay of 10 days in filing appeal for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the counsel representing the respondent - claimant. Respondent No.2 though served, is absent.

Considering the submissions advanced in the light of reasons assigned for condonation of 10 days delay in filing appeal, I am of the view that sufficient case has been made out to condone the delay.
