None present for the petitioner. In the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to start RANM/Nursing course at Lakdya Hanuman, Taluka Shirpur, District Dhule, in pursuance to the proposal submitted by the petitioner on 30.7.2010. Affidavit in reply is filed today by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, wherein by letter dated 10.01.2011 (Exh. R-1), it is communicated to the petitioner that the petitioner has failed to submit satisfactory compliance as per the norms of the Council and that the proposal will not be considered for feasible inspection for the academic year 20112012. Reference of the said letter dated 10.01.2011 is also found in

In the light of that, the prayer made by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner may apply afresh for the ensuing academic year as may be permissible in law.
