Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, heard both the sides for final disposal.

The proceeding is filed for relief of quashing of C.R No.383 of 2017, registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 and 406 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and charge-sheet filed in the crime and which is given number as No.60 of 2018 filed on 19th April, 2018.

Today, the terms of settlement came to be filed, which are signed by the Respondent, informant showing that she has settled the

dispute with Petitioners, who are husband and his relatives. They want to take divorce and the wife has decided to withdraw the allegations made against the husband and others. She has no intention to give evidence against them. In view of these circumstances, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

I.

The petition is allowed.

II.

Relief is granted in terms of prayer clauses (BB). III.

Rule is made absolute in those terms.
