This is an application for condoantion of delay for filing appeal against the judgment and Award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon, in M.A.C.P. No. 12/2011 on 29.11.2016, on the ground that, there was communication gap between the applicant and his advocate in the Trial Court. When the appellant/applicant came to know about the decision he applied for certified copies and filed the appeal for which delay of 06 days has been caused.

In view of the short delay and the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is liable to be condoned and accordingly it is condoned.

Civil Application is disposed of.
