For the reasons stated in the application and by subsequent order dated 28.08.2023, the said Society has been restored. The Chairman of the said Society would be the necessary party. The application stands allowed and disposed of. 4.

Amendment to that effect be carried immediately. 5.

Issue notice to the added respondent, to be made returnable on 27.06.2024.
