The Deputy Commissioner, Development, Aurangabad, from the Office of Divisional Commissioner by its communication dated 15.02.2022, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Jalna, has forwarded all the necessary and relevant documents as were claimed by the petitioner by its very first application dated 15.12.2015 under Right to Information Act, 2005. A copy of the same has been given to the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

We have perused the said report and documents annexed to it. According to us, all the necessary and relevant information sought by the petitioner by its application dated 15.12.2015 is now provided to him. Inter alia, the orders dated 24.07.2017 and 12.07.2018 passed by the

In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner has been met out and nothing further survives in the petition. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
