CORAM: SUNIL P. DESHMUKH AND B.U. DEBADWAR, JJ.
DATE : 6TH JANUARY, 2020 ORDER :
1.
The petition rests on the allegations that despite petitioner's proposal being in compliance with the requirements, the same has not been processed.
2.
Whereas the reply by the respondents refers to that
wp3880.11 all the due procedure has been followed and after verifying and scrutinizing the proposal of respondent No.5 to run senior college for the academic year 2009-10, the same had been recommended by the task force. Said task force committee had verified and scrutinized all the proposals received and submitted a report to the government, and it has been revealed that task force committee has not recommended the name of the petitioner. This aspect has not been met with by the petitioner. 3.
The reply by the State also refers to that government had considered the proposals received for the academic year 2009-10 and has also informed concerned universities under communication dated 1st September 2009.
4.
Additionally, with the passage of time while respondent No.5 had been running college and there is no grievance about the same, it does not appear that after lapse of such a long period the ongoing situation should be disturbed. Writ petition is therefore, not entertained and is rejected and disposed of.
