This Civil Application, meaning an application, ought to be filed before the Deputy Charity Commissioner. The apprehension of the Applicants/Petitioners that after challenging the impugned order of the Deputy Charity Commissioner, filing of such application before the said Authority would amount to accepting the said order, is misplaced.

We permit the Applicants/Petitioners to approach the said Authority and file an Application by withdrawing the present Civil Application, without prejudice to their rights in the present Writ Petition.
