This application is filed to recall the order passed by this Court on 24.03.2017.

I have perused the record and proceedings of the First Appeal No. 83/2003. On perusal of the same, it appears that, the cross-objection of the respondent No. 3 is allowed and the amount of compensation is enhanced. Therefore, it is for the respondents to pay the deficit court-fees, as higher compensation is granted to them. Therefore, the order passed on 24.03.2017 is recalled.

Deficit court-fees is to be deducted from the amount of compensation payable to the respondents. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
