In respect of subject issue, it is submitted, writ petition bearing no. 1289 of 2007 has been filed before learned single judge.

Without expressing anything on merits of the issue raised in this writ petition, we observe that in view of the fact that the petitioner has availed of alternate efficacious remedy, petition is not maintainable.
