The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his objection seeking deletion of names of respondent no.3 to 29 from the final voters list of respondent no.2/Society. Respondent no.1 has rejected the said objection by placing reliance on the remarks of the Secretary of respondent no.2.

This petition raises several disputed questions of facts. The final voters list is declared on 22/03/2022 and it is informed by the learned Advocate for respondent no.1 that today, the election programme is declared.

In view of the Division Bench decision in Dattatray Genaba Lole and Others Vs. The Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune and Others reported in 2022(1) Bom CR 471, the petitioner has alternate remedy.

In that view of the matter, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
