1] Heard. For the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.1426 of 2025 for assisting to the P.P., the same is allowed. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for assisting to the P.P.

3] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 095/2025, registered with Pachora Police Station, Taluka Pachora, District Jalgaon, for

the offence punishable under Section 108, 115 (2), 352, 3

(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

4] This Court, by order dated 03.04.2025, has granted interim protection in favour of the applicant for the reasons that the applicant being a female aged 78 years. In the instant case, there is long standing marriage. The applicant i.e. mother in law of the deceased was suspecting the character of the deceased and due to this the husband of the deceased has beaten her. Due to this, the deceased has committed suicide by hanging herself.

5] The informant is present today and has given no objection to grant anticipatory bail in favour of the applicant. Prima facie, the parameters of Section 306 of the IPC would not attract in the instant case. Considering the same, the interim protection granted by order dated 03.04.2025 stands confirmed, in the following terms : i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required by the investigating officer.

ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

6] In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

8] The application stands disposed of.
