Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. It appears that notices were issued to respondents No. 1 and 2, but it returned unserved for want of correct forwarding address, therefore, the applicants preferred present application praying for issuance of notices to respondents No.1 and 2 through paper publication.

In view of attending circumstances, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicant-appellant is hereby allowed to serve notices to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 through paper publication as prayed for. Registry to take the requisite steps for further process to facilitate the applicant to publish the notice to be served to respondents No. 1 and 2 in Daily newspaper as referred to paragraphs No. 5 and 6 of the application. Notice returnable on 19th December, 2017.
