The Committee shall give attested copy of the tribe certificate produced by the petitioner with the incorrect nomenclature within one week.

It is stated that the petitioner has already filed application with Sub Divisional Officer for issuance of corrected tribe certificate. Upon the petitioner tendering the attested copy of the tribe certificate, the S. D. O. shall after verifying its record issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of production of attested copy of certificate. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
