We have heard Mr. Thombare, learned counsel for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has moved this petition on the ground Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is not hearing the matter.

Learned AGP informs that the matter was before the Tribunal on 6th April, 2021. Mr. Thombare's associate attended the matter and now the matter is kept on 16th April, 2021. 3.

It is also communicated by the learned AGP that one Mr. V. B. Dongare, Member Judicial, is appointed on Maharashtra

919 wp 5904-21.odt Administrative Tribunal, Bench at Aurangabad. He has taken the charge at Mumbai and he is attending the urgent matters by virtual hearing.

As now the date is already fxed on 16th April, 2021 the petitioner and the respondents may attend the matter before the Tribunal on the given date. The Tribunal would consider the grievance of the petitioner.
