Learned AGP submits that the order is complied with. 2.

Though learned Advocate for the Petitioner confirms the same, he makes a grievance that the order was directed to be complied with within 8 weeks, however, the contemnors have taken one year in taking decision, because of which the Petitioner is not getting salary.

Conduct of the contemnors is deprecated and they are cautioned to implement the orders of the Court within the stipulated time.

4.

In view of the compliance, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
