Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending. Even fresh corrected certificate is also submitted to the committee. The passing certificate, the degree certificate and the Transfer Certificate have been withheld by the institution.

Considering the fact that validation proceeding is pending, it would not be appropriate to direct the institution to give the documents as prayed for. However, considering the fact that petitioner is a student, we pass the following order-

ORDER

I] The respondent no. 4 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within three (3) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

II] The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 18th April, 2018.

III] Depending upon the Judgment that will be delivered by the committee, the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall take steps with regard to the documents, as claimed by the petitioner.
