Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Perused the reply filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 in which he purports to explain default in issuing letter dated 02-04-2013. It is further being explained by learned advocate Mr. Jadhav for respondent no. 4 that, the letter had been issued in the circumstances referred to therein without intending to undermine the order dated 21-07-2012 passed by Additional Commissioner rather it was more under ignorance.

Necessary corrective action appears to have been taken. In view of the same and further that unconditional apology is tendered by respondent no. 4 and having regard to that in further

CP-436.13 proceedings, effect of communication dated 02-04-2013 has been stayed, this is not a case wherein any further indulgence is required to be given.
