These are the applications for condonation of delay moved by the applicants by taking aid of section 5 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1963. 2.
Heard Mr Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the applicants and Mrs P.V. Diggikar, the learned AGP for respondent No.1/State. 3.
None present for respondent No. 2 though notice is duly served.

In all these applications, there seems to be delay of 144 days in preferring the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, para No. 2 and in the interest of justice, delay needs to be condoned. However, the applicants shall not be entitled to get statutory benefits and interest in respect of the delayed period. They have to furnish the undertaking with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Curt to that effect.
ORDER
(i) The applications for condonation of delay moved by the applicants in respective applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) on condition that they shall furnish their undertaking with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that they shall not claim statutory benefits and interest under the Land Acquisition Act in respect of delayed period condoned today.
(ii) After furnishing such undertaking, the appeals be registered after due scrutiny and it be numbered and placed before the Court for admission.
