This Civil Application has been moved with a prayer to make certain amendments in the Writ Petition whereby proposed paragraphs 25-A, 25-B and 25-C have been sought to be added along with addition of Ground XV. The proposed amendment relates to the modification in the final development plan under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act.

By means of an order passed earlier by the Court on 23/2/2024, this Public Interest Litigation has not been entertained so far as challenged to construction of the charitable hospital is concerned. Since the amendment sought are in relation to the said prayer itself, we do not find any ground to allow the amendment application. The Civil Application is thus rejected.
