This is an application for condonation of 121 days delay caused in filing the Civil Application for setting aside an order passed by the Hon'ble Registrar (Judicial).

Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice as the delay is neither deliberate nor intentional. The delay of 121 days caused in filing the Civil Application for setting aside the order passed by the Hon'ble Registrar (Judicial) is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.

This civil application is filed for condonation of delay as well as for setting aside the abatement caused for bringing legal representatives of the sole appellant on record. The appellant died on 17.01.2019 and his Legal representatives were not brought on record. 4.

Learned AGP for the State strongly opposes the application. 5.

Perused the application. Considering the reasons stated therein and the period of delay caused for bringing the legal representatives on record, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. The application is allowed. Learned advocate for the applicant is permitted to bring the legal representatives of the appellant on record within a week. Leave to add some of the appellants is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
