Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were considered as regular employees since 1989 and the time bound promotional pay scale was granted. 2.

The petitioners challenged the date of grant of regularization since 1989 before the Additional Divisional Commissioner by filing the appeals, but the same was dismissed. Thereafter, the petitioners approached this Court and this Court

2 1024,1044-wp-6348,6370-19.doc directed the authorities to consider the petitioners as regular employees since 1987. The time bound promotional pay scale and the Service Assured Carrier Progression Scheme is to be granted considering the regular employees since 1987. The learned counsel, however submits that in view of Government Resolution dated 07.10.2016 the petitioners are to be considered as regular employees and the period is to be counted for all the benefits from the initial date of appointment of petitioners. The petitioners filed representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad, however, the same is not considered. 3.

If the representations given by the petitioners, are pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad, then the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad shall take decision on the same on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
