Mr. Thombre, learned special counsel appearing for the respondent-State on instructions makes a statement that the financial bid of the petitioner is opened and agreement is also executed in his favour.

In light of that, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

The petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- under the orders of this Court. The grievance of the petitioner was found to be genuine. The petitioner certainly would be entitled for the refund of the amount.

Mr. Jethliya, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions graciously makes a statement that the amount of Rs.25,000/- be transferred to the Covid Center run by the Government at Aurangabad.

The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the petitioner be transferred to the Covid Center run by the Government at Aurangabad.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
