Mr. Gawali, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the letter is filed by the Corporation stating that all the contractors who have earlier participated in the tender process will be allowed to compete

The learned counsel further submits that, in view of the above, the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. The communication received by Mr. Gawali is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
